Γεννήθηκε σε ένα όμορφο ταξίδι στη Σαντορίνη.

Η αγάπη μας για την μπύρα και η επίσκεψη στο μικρό αυτό ζυθοποιείο του νησιού, του έδωσε σάρκα και οστά.

Με τα χρόνια το μεγαλώσαμε με σεβασμό, πάθος, αφοσίωση και με σκληρή προσπάθεια. Μέσα από τις αρκετές αποτυχίες και τις κακές στιγμές σμιλεύτηκε και ομόρφυνε πολύ.

Όταν πια μεγάλωσε αρκετά, νιώσαμε, ότι πρέπει να το μοιραστούμε. Έτσι, λοιπόν, σκεφτήκαμε να το βάλουμε στο μπουκαλάκι, να το σφραγίσουμε και να το στείλουμε παντού. Όποιος επιθυμεί να το ανοίξει, θα αισθανθεί μέσα από τα αρώματα και τη γεύση, αυτό που περιγράφουμε, το 'Oniro' μας δηλαδή, που θέλουμε να μοιραστούμε με σας.

Έτσι, λοιπόν, οι Dreamers, Μαρία και Στέλιος, σε μερικούς μήνες από τώρα θα πάρουμε το μπουκαλάκι με το 'Oniro' μας μέσα του και θα το αφήσουμε να ταξιδέψει...
