Μετά από χρόνια πειραματισμών, πετυχημένων συνταγών (που τις πίναμε μόνοι μας), αλλά και ακραίων αποτυχιών (που τις σπρώχναμε στους φίλους μας), έφτασε η στιγμή να αφήσουμε την ασφάλεια του σπιτιού και σαν σωστοί gypsy brewers να ξενιτευτούμε στο φιλόξενο Γύθειο για να βράσουμε την πρώτη μας "μεγάλη" μπύρα.

Ευτυχώς η ομάδα της Sparta Beer φρόντισε αυτή η μετάβαση να γίνει όσο το δυνατόν ομαλότερα.

Το βήμα έγινε λοιπόν και ελπίζουμε να είναι μόνο η αρχή.
