Σε απομάκρυνση όλων των κωδικών της Baltika προχώρησε η J.D. Wetherspoon.

Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωσή της, η Wetherspoon, επιστρέφει όλη τη διαθέσιμη ποσότητα -που είχε στις αποθήκες της- στην Carlsberg Russia, εκφράζοντας έτσι έμπρακτα τη δυσαρέσκεια και αντίθεσή της, στην εισβολή της Ρωσίας στην Ουκρανία, ενώ παράλληλα δε θα περιλαμβάνει πλέον στους καταλόγους της και βότκα Ρωσικής προέλευσης.

Αντ' αυτών, θα διατίθενται προϊόντα που παράγονται απ' την Carlsberg Δανίας, καθώς επίσης και βότκα από άλλες χώρες παραγωγής.
