Ο Stefan Fritsche, ο οποίος διαχειρίζεται μία γερμανική ζυθοποιία εκατονταετίας στην πόλη Neuzelle κοντά στα πολωνικά σύνορα, είδε τον λογαριασμό φυσικού αερίου να αυξάνεται κατά 400% τον τελευταίο χρόνο. Ο λογαριασμός ρεύματος ανέβηκε 300%. Και πληρώνει περισσότερο από ποτέ για το κριθάρι.
Τί κοινό μπορεί να έχει μια μπύρα με καθαρισμένα λύματα; Κάποιες φορές πολλά, καθώς η επεξεργασία των λυμάτων μπορεί να καταλήξει μέχρι και στο.. ποτήρι μας!
Μικρή αύξηση παρουσίασαν οι συνολικές παραδόσεις μπύρας την περίοδο Ιανουαρίου - Αυγούστου του 2023, με τις εξαγωγές να παρουσιάζουν άνοδο 18% την ίδια περίοδο.
