Heineken: Συμφώνησε Στην Εξαγορά Της Distell Group Έναντι 2,2 Δισ. Ευρώ

Η Heineken NV ανακοίνωσε πως έχει συμφωνήσει στην αγορά της Distell Group Holdings έναντι 2,2 δισ. ευρώ, στο πλαίσιο του σχεδίου για τη δημιουργία νέων δραστηριοτήτων στη Νότια Αφρική. Η ολλανδική ζυθοποιία επίσης τόνισε πως αποκτά το 25% της Heineken South Africa από τη Namibia Breweries έναντι 1,5 δισ. ευρώ, καθώς και το 50,1% που κατέχει η Ohlthaver & List Group of Companies, στην NBL Investment Holdings. Η Heineken ελέγχει ήδη το 49,99% της εταιρείας.
