H νέα μας πειραματική και περιορισμένης παραγωγής συνταγή είναι γεγονός και... καίει!!!

Συνδυάσαμε φρέσκους αρωματικούς λυκίσκους με ένα μοναδικό μείγμα καυτερών πιπεριών και το αποτέλεσμα είναι ιδιαίτερα μοναδικό.

Η αιτία βρίσκεται στην ουσία καψαϊκίνη που είναι δραστικό συστατικό των πιπεριών τσίλι, τα οποία είναι φυτά και ανήκουν στο γένος "Καψικόν". Είναι χημικό ερεθιστικό και παράγει αίσθηση καψίματος σε οποιονδήποτε ιστό με τον οποίο έρχεται σε επαφή.

Το όνομα αυτής "Κάψα" και πρόκειται για μια απολαυστικά πικρή και ταυτόχρονα καυτερή West Coast I.P.A. με 6,3% ABV.
